In today's New Normal era, many business developments are emerging new ideas and many businesses can not survive. Therefore, students together with alumni and the academic community of Diponegoro University need to prepare and anticipate it well. Alumni Teaching Webinar Volume II was opened and attended in full by Drs. Mujid Farihul Amin, M.Pd., who represented the university leadership. Then the speech and report on the webinar event were delivered by Mrs. Dr. Ita Widowati as the chairperson of the committee and the Directorate of Alumni and Alumni Relations of Diponegoro University. In his speech, expressed his excellent appreciation for the webinar activities of Alumni Teaching Volume II, as well as leave a message to students to always want to try new things, and do not be afraid to fail.

The first speaker presented exposure to the current business. Rorokenes business is a brand that produces woven leather bags craftsmen. All Rorokenes bags are handmade products made to order. Rorokenes guarantees that all works produced by Rorokenes are made of 100% genuine leather using 90% domestic materials. The elegant and multifunctional design of Rorokenes bags wrapped in traditional Indonesian weaving creations is a characteristic of Rorokenes' work. Rorokenes was first launched in April 2014 by Syanaz Nadya Winanto Putri. Rorokenes believes that good business in addition to having good products should also benefit others can help the welfare of society, and should not damage nature. On this occasion, Syanaz invited participants who participated in the webinar to start thinking about or designing business ideas that are pursued and make a target to run and realize the business that has been designed, so that when they graduate as students, students who attend this webinar do not have difficulty in finding a job.

As the second breeder, Roy Wibisono conveyed his experience managing PT. Naruna Ceramic. The ceramics business that is managed is growing, even during the Covid 19 pandemic, more and more products are being sold. The beginning of Naruna Keramik business idea came from Roy Wibisono's thesis as a student. As a student, Roy wanted to be an entrepreneur and did not want to be a worker employed by others, such as being an employee in public or private institutions. He hoped the participants who mostly came from Undip students to have traces of thoughts/ideas as he lived when he was a student.

This activity was directly guided by Shoimatul Fitria, SE, M.M as Vice Chairman of KKIB Undip Business Incubator. According to him, the business that has been run by both speakers and is also an alumnus of Diponegoro University is very good, the business can compete greatly and still survive to this day. Enthusiastic participants who asked and participated in the event were also appreciated because many of the participants asked questions, even though it was done online. Until the end of the event, there were still many participants who asked questions to both speakers.
