SEMARANG - Diponegoro University participated in the launching and signing ceremony of MoU Peruri Research Institute for Auntheticity organized by Peruri. The launching and signing ceremony was held virtually by representatives from BUMN, Peruri, PT. Sicpa Peruri Securink, PT. Giesecke & Devrient Indonesia, as well as university representatives who invited Undip, UGM, USU, and Unpad. Peruri Research Institute for Auntheticity (PRITA) was built as a research security printing center for digital technology themed integration solution and security printing. In its launch, Peruri collaborated with institutions and industry partners to develop digital printing in Indonesia.
The launch of PRITA aims to build a research center that is advanced in the field of technology. In cooperation with several universities, it is expected that all parties can synergize well and produce amazing research collaborations. President Director of Peruri, Dwina Septiani Wijaya, said that this commitment was formed to create something useful, especially during this pandemic. PRITA supports BUMN programs through cooperation with institutions to advance the fields of learning, research, and development. Research institutions have human resources that create innovative copyrights independently and have global competitiveness. The Minister of Education and Culture of Indonesia, Nadiem Makarim, confirmed that the establishment of this research center can strengthen Indonesia's technological capabilities. He hopes that good synergy will be established between Peruri and universities so that they can develop businesses at home and abroad for the betterment of the nation.
Rector Undip, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M.Hum. attended the event held online. Prof. Yos hopes that this cooperation can be an important factor in economic benefits that can be beneficial for all parties. PRITA was officially launched with the virtual authenticity video and MoU signing with representatives of the institution.
