Well, if you are an international student you must go abroad and doing an international exposure program from international office Undip. You're doing exchange programs such as short course program, single degree program, and double degree program with Undip partners.
Since we need to prepare for exchange, here are the things that you need to prepare from the first semester:
First, you need to prepare TOEFL/IELTS. This one is mandatory because all the materials and lecturers taught in English. Also, there's a minimum requirement for TOEFL/IELTS. For TOEFL score iBT is 90 and for TOEFL PBT is 600 and for the IELTS score minimum is 7.
Second, document transcript. You need to prepare GPA transcript in english, students visa, letters from uni, and others that supports you for exchange. These documents is vital requirements.
Third, learn about a country that you want to go. You learn about the culture, you browsing about the uni, you need to research about public transport there, about apartment or boarding house, and etc.
Forth, other important necessities. Such as flight tickets, clothes, books, insurances, and others. Well, prepare from 1 month before your departure is better because you don't need to hurry.
